You will surely be impressed by this superb condominium at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 8 people. The condo is perfectly positioned: being virtually on the doorstep of DisneyWorld and close to other main attractions like Universal Studios, Sea World and major shopping malls. It is set in a recently built (2007) resort village with many great amenities including large pool/spa, pub/grille, health spa, shop and gym.

There's free scheduled transportation to Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Inside, the condo's well laid out and beautifully furnished and finished. In addition to the master bedroom and two guest rooms there's a living area, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony with table and chairs for relaxing with a drink in the evening warmth.

Living area and balcony

The tasteful and comfortably furnished living area includes a large widescreen projection TV and telephone. The large sofa opens into a further bed.

Patio doors lead onto the balcony with a table and additional seating.

Dining Room

For those family occasions, the dining area with its beautiful table featuring a glass top and pineapple base, provides the perfect setting.

The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen for ease of serving.

Kitchen area

The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a large fridge freezer, microwave oven, full-sized cooker with electric hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/tumble dryer, garbage disposal.

Its granite counter provides a natural delineation between the kitchen and dining areas.

Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, storage space, 27" television and telephone.

Alongside is the lovely ensuite bathroom with its jacuzzi tub and illumination option, walk-in shower, twin wash basins. Like the second bathroom this has a built-in hair dryer, lighted make-up mirror, tile floor and granite countertops.

Guest rooms

Two further bedrooms (a double and a twin) provide ample sleeping accommodation. There's a 20" television in the twin bedroom and a phone in the double bedroom.

These are complemented by a second bathroom.

General

All rooms have air conditioning / heating (with individual controls).

High speed internet access is available throughout the condominium.

Every evening you can see the DisneyWorld firework display from the resort.

Resort Amenities

Swimming pools

You can take a dip in the resort pool or relax in the hot tub or simply take a rest on one of the recliners by the pool. If you fancy a bite, you can always visit the pool-side Pizza Hut.

Opening during 2008 is a new pool which boasts a pirate ship complete with shooting water cannons and water slide, a poolside bar,  jacuzzi style hot tubs, tumbling waterfalls and hammocks.

Frankie Farrell's Irish Pub & Grille

Located in the Lake Buena Vista Resort, Frankie Farrell′s Irish Pub & Grille is operated by an ex-Dublin pub owner who's brought to Florida some of the Irish magic. The friendly bartenders, good selection of Irish, English and American beers plus the live music every night make this a great place to relax at the end of a full day.

Fitness centre

The resort includes a "state of the art" fitness centre / gymnasium.

Local stores

Inside the resort, there's a convenience store for all your necessities. Next door to the village are the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores - one of Orlando's premier outlet malls with over 50 stores offering designer goods at great prices.

Health spa

A forthcoming attraction is Lake Buena Vista's world-class, health spa offering a large range of spa services in an elegant setting. Unique skin and body care treatments as well as therapeutic massage will pamper, indulge and rejuvenate you. The spa should be open by Spring 2008.
